Edition Studios collaborated with Waterbury House to create a distinct brand identity and comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the property’s unparalleled luxury and craftsmanship. Through Discovery, Brand Identity, Web Design & Development, Direct Mail, Social Media, Email Marketing, PPC & SEM, and Sales Materials, we built a cohesive system designed to appeal to a discerning audience and set Waterbury House apart as the premier residential destination in the Twin Cities.

Our work began with Discovery and Brand Identity, where we defined Waterbury House as a sanctuary of elevated living. The visual identity features a refined logo, a sophisticated typography system, and a natural color palette of rich, earthy tones to evoke timeless elegance and craftsmanship​​. This cohesive identity was carried through to Sales Materials and Brochures, including meticulously designed floor plans and renderings that highlight the building’s luxury interiors and thoughtful details, from expansive windows to high-end finishes​.

The website design and development focused on creating an immersive experience, featuring full-screen imagery, intuitive navigation, and an integrated online leasing system.
