To bring the brand to life visually, we created a sophisticated and elegant brand identity that reflected the high-end nature of the building. The color palette is composed of rich, natural colors that evoke the feeling of nature that surrounds the building.
To showcase the building’s unique features and amenities, we created a suite of sales materials that included a brochure, floor plans, and renderings. The brochure was designed to be both informative and visually stunning, with full-bleed images and detailed descriptions of the building’s features. The floor plans and renderings were created with a focus on detail and accuracy, to give potential residents a true sense of what living at Waterbury House would be like.
To create an immersive online experience, we developed a website that showcased the building’s luxury and amenities. The site features full-screen images and videos, a user-friendly layout, and an intuitive navigation system that makes it easy for potential residents to learn more about the building and schedule a tour. We also created an online leasing system that allows residents to view available units and schedule tours online, streamlining the leasing process and making it more convenient for potential residents.
