Love Your Melon, a mission-driven apparel brand supporting children battling cancer, returned to its original founder with a renewed focus on community and connection. The brand set out to realign its identity and digital presence, reconnecting with the roots of the mission that built it.


The Work
We set out to bring Love Your Melon back to life with a clear story and a modern digital foundation. The brand’s core promise guided every decision across language, user experience, visual identity, and launch communications. Our team redesigned the Shopify experience, refreshed the visual identity, reactivated email segments across a large legacy audience, and shaped a social strategy rooted in warmth, authenticity, and community storytelling. The relaunch extended across digital, retail, and operational systems, ensuring the brand returned with coherence, intention, and a renewed sense of purpose.
The Result
The relaunch sparked an immediate response, with early email warm-up campaigns reaching over 70 percent open rates among subscribers who had not heard from the brand in years. Supporters quickly shared dozens of personal LYM stories, fueling a new wave of mission-driven content and increasing engagement across social channels. Updated systems—from SKU structures to logistics with Geodis and DHL—gave the brand a scalable foundation for growth across both e-commerce and retail. Most importantly, the return restored a feeling of connection and belonging for a community that had been waiting for Love Your Melon to come home.
