SUMMER INTERN: MARKETING ASSISTANT

/ JOB DESCRIPTION

You enjoy a fast pace, wearing multiple hats, and working with a tight-knit group.

You want to learn. You want to grow. You obsess over everything. Ultimately, you want to work with talented people to do the type of work others are envious of. Emphasis on social media coordination, influencer/ambassador shipping and packaging, finding new inspiration, and coordination of daily schedules.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate various projects and activities with account managers
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments
  • Day-to-day office management: ensuring the office is organized and cleaned, supplies are stocked, answering phones, greeting clients
  • Delivering and picking up supplies, print jobs, event materials, and client deliveries 
  • Act as support between creatives and the account team 
  • Take detailed notes during meetings
  • Pulling inspiration and direction for digital marketing campaigns
  • Setting up photo and video shoots, prop organization, and prop shopping
/ QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently Studying one of the following: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising
  • Self-sufficient, “can do” attitude — always positive and optimistic 
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Savvy verbal skills when troubleshooting issues
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Innovative thinking, problem-solving
  • Proficient in Keynote, Google Docs
