At Edition Studios, we believe the most powerful brands are the ones rooted in purpose. That’s why we’ve been honored to collaborate with two extraordinary humans—and now Amazing Race contestants—Nick and Mike Fiorito, the Brooklyn-born brothers behind Blankets of Hope.
If you’ve been watching Season 37 of The Amazing Race, you’ve already seen what makes these two so special: relentless optimism, real grit, and an unshakable bond. But what many fans might not realize is that long before their debut on primetime TV, the Fio Bros have been quietly changing lives through kindness, creativity, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
Blankets of Hope: Where the Journey Began
In 2016, Nick and Mike co-founded Blankets of Hope, a nonprofit that delivers warm blankets and handwritten notes of encouragement to those experiencing homelessness. The program has grown into a national movement, partnering with schools across the country to teach empathy through action.
We were lucky enough to partner with them on creative strategy, brand storytelling, and visual content to help bring this mission to life. The result? A brand that not only feels good but does good—recognized by GoFundMe, featured across national media, and supported by thousands of students and educators.
The Amazing Race: Seven Years in the Making
Their most recent adventure? CBS’s The Amazing Race. After seven years of applications and relentless preparation (including salsa lessons and CrossFit), Nick and Mike finally got the call—and seized the moment.

Their story was recently featured in the New York Post and another article here, highlighting not only their dedication to getting on the show, but also their lifelong bond and bigger mission.
“This isn’t just about a race—it’s about showing what’s possible when you lead with kindness and go all in on your dreams.” – Nick Fiorito

Why This Story Matters
At Edition Studios, we don’t just work with clients—we build long-lasting friendships with mission-driven founders who are doing meaningful work in the world. Nick and Mike embody that spirit in every way. Whether they’re handing out blankets, running across the globe, or saying “I do” in Italy (yes, we were at Mike’s stunning wedding last year!), they show up fully, love deeply, and lead by example.
Their brand is their mission. Their mission is compassion. And we’re proud to have played a small role in helping them share that story.
